I started my digital transformation adventure as a developer 10 years ago. Since then, I have done on-site and remote work for large companies in Turkey. I have consulted for companies and collaborated on digital products for business and organizational memory. After the business analysis, design and testing phases, we launched the projects and designed systems that are shared by 1000s of users. We phased the projects into living systems and applied the continuous development methodology. During this process, I worked as a team manager and project manager. I still continue my job as project manager.
